The staff were friendly and welcoming, as we had informed reception of our accurate arrival time, check-in was less than 5 mins! Highly recommend giving an accurate time frame of your arrival. Rooms were spacious and clean, and so were communal areas. Wi-Fi also worked very well and for anyone looking to purchase a sim card, there were kiosks in the hotel lobby.

This hotel is ideally located close to the haram on the women's side of the haram.  The hotel is based near all the amenities you would need on your trip.   The check-in process was the worst I have experienced anywhere.  I was asked by the hotel to make payment prior to arrival contrary to Booking.com "pay at property" guidance.  I did this weeks in advance and had WhatsApp confirmation that all had been processed.  Upon arrival, I was told payment has not been made, and I was sent to the adjacent building to confirm my payment whilst the family waited in the lobby. I went to the finance department and met a very rude and arrogant person, who I showed by IBAN payment receipt and WhatsApp messages of confirmations, and he dismissed it all.  He said he would give me a room and would get back to me tomorrow if payment was made (which he didn't do, so assume all was as I described). Aside from this, the rooms were very well equipped and of a good size for a quad room.  The room was clean, modern, bright, and airy.  The lifts were ample and helpful staff who could not do enough for you.  Overall, it's a good experience. They just need to fix the check-in process and align it to the Booking.com description. If you found this review useful, please give it a like.
